Join Foxhouse Martial Arts & Fitness owner Tracy Barksdale and women’s health nutritionist Amber Frauenholtz for a fun, beginner-friendly afternoon that combines movement, learning, and community. Tracy will lead a 45-minute intro workout featuring kickboxing, mobility, and some light HIIT so you can try hitting things in a supportive, female-friendly environment. No experience required.
After the workout, Amber will lead a short talk called “Is It My Hormones?” where she’ll unpack the question so many women are asking. You’ll learn how food, stress, exercise, and everyday habits impact hormones, energy, mood, and long-term health, along with practical strategies you can actually use in real life.
We’ll wrap things up with refreshments and time to hang out.
