FITNESS BOXING & KICKBOXING
Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends real striking technique with functional fitness. Rooted in the fundamentals of boxing and Muay Thai, these classes focus on building strength, endurance, and coordination—without the need to spar or compete.
Each session includes bag work, footwork drills, and pad combinations, paired with functional movements like squats, dumbbell exercises, and bodyweight calisthenics. It’s a fun, empowering way to train like a fighter—while getting stronger, faster, and more confident every week.
BANG MUAY THAI
At the Fox House, we believe martial arts is for everyone—not just fighters, not just athletes. We’re a community of everyday people who show up, put in the work, and support each other along the way. Some of us come for fitness, some to learn self-defense, and others to sharpen our skills—but all of us are here to grow.
Our training blends world-class technique with down-to-earth coaching. We teach real striking and real self-defense in a space that’s ego-free and welcoming. Whether you're brand new or returning to the mat after years away, you’ll find teammates, mentors, and a path forward here.
Our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program is led by Coach Daniel Savage, a skilled grappler and passionate instructor known for his clear coaching style and focus on practical, real-world application.
In these classes, you’ll develop the skills to control, escape, and submit opponents without relying on the traditional gi. Whether you're brand new to grappling or looking to elevate your game, you'll train in a structured, supportive environment that blends fundamentals, positional drills, and live rolling.
This program is ideal for anyone interested in self-defense, MMA, or simply becoming a more capable martial artist through the power of grappling.
