FITNESS BOXING & KICKBOXING
A high-energy, full-body boxing workout that teaches real technique while building strength and endurance. Rooted in boxing and Muay Thai fundamentals, classes include bag work, pad combos, and functional fitness drills—no sparring required. It’s an empowering way to train like a fighter, get fit, and feel unstoppable.

BANG MUAY THAI
Train in the world-famous Bang Muay Thai system, created by UFC veteran Duane “Bang” Ludwig. These classes blend traditional Muay Thai with modern kickboxing to develop real striking skill, balance, and confidence. Perfect for beginners and experienced martial artists alike, our program builds power, precision, and discipline—without ego.

Our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes in South Austin teach real grappling and self-defense skills for all experience levels. You’ll develop the ability to control, escape, and submit opponents without relying on a traditional gi—perfect for anyone interested in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, or practical self-defense training. Each session blends fundamentals, positional drills, and live rolling in a supportive, ego-free environment.

Our classes combine the discipline of karate, the focus of boxing, and the power of Muay Thai to create a one-of-a-kind experience that keeps kids active, engaged, and excited to learn.
Students will train like future black belts, developing confidence, respect, and self-control while learning real self-defense skills they can use for sport and everyday life.

The next step in your martial arts journey. Learn structured striking, defense, and footwork in a progressive system that guides you toward your first rank. New students start in a white or gray shirt.

For intermediate students looking to apply their skills in real-time. You’ll practice controlled contact rounds focused on timing, distance, and composure — with coaches on hand to guide every step.
⭐⭐ No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Our grappling program teaches control, escapes, and submissions without relying on a uniform. Perfect for beginners who want to build confidence and ground awareness.
We have loaner gloves and gear available for all classes. Training is done barefoot or in boxing shoes — no street or workout shoes, please.
