At The Fox House, we offer striking and self-defense programs designed for everyday people—whether you're looking to get in shape, learn how to fight, or just do something that feels real and rewarding. Our Boxing & Kickboxing Fitness classes deliver high-energy workouts that combine striking technique, pad work, and strength training to help you build confidence, burn calories, and have fun doing it.

For those who want to dive deeper, our Bang Muay Thai program teaches smart, structured striking through a proven system developed by UFC coach Duane Ludwig. And if self-defense is your goal, Sanami Combatives blends traditional Japanese taijutsu with modern-day self-defense training—giving you the tools to stay calm, think clearly, and protect yourself under pressure. No matter your experience level, there’s a place for you here.

Join us for a week-long martial arts adventure! Your child will explore Boxing, Muay Thai, and Taijutsu (ninja training) in a fun, active, and safe environment. Each day includes multiple training sessions, games, martial arts movies, and culture-themed activities.

FITNESS BOXING & KICKBOXING

Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends real striking technique with functional fitness. Rooted in the fundamentals of boxing and Muay Thai, these classes focus on building strength, endurance, and coordination—without the need to spar or compete.

Each session includes bag work, footwork drills, and pad combinations, paired with functional movements like squats, dumbbell exercises, and bodyweight calisthenics. It’s a fun, empowering way to train like a fighter—while getting stronger, faster, and more confident every week.


BANG MUAY THAI

At the Fox House, we believe martial arts is for everyone—not just fighters, not just athletes. We’re a community of everyday people who show up, put in the work, and support each other along the way. Some of us come for fitness, some to learn self-defense, and others to sharpen our skills—but all of us are here to grow.

SANAMI COMBATIVES

Sanami Combatives is a modernized evolution of traditional Budo Taijutsu, combining classical Japanese movement with today’s most relevant self-defense methods. The system integrates striking, grappling, edged weapons, weapon retention, and defensive tactics designed for unpredictable, high-stress environments.

Rather than training for sport or ceremony, Sanami Combatives prepares students for the realities of personal protection—whether it’s responding to an armed threat, managing close-quarters encounters, or controlling an escalating situation with precision and control. From boxing fundamentals to classical weapons like the katana and bo staff, the system adapts to student goals while maintaining its core principle: efficient, effective survival under pressure.
